Because all details accessible through our Online Services can contain highly confidential and commercially sensitive information, we have gone to great lengths to ensure absolute security will apply on all access matters.

Users can only gain passwords and thereby access, after first having completed a personally verified process of application.

Transfer of information through the site is either encrypted or transmitted through Secure connections (referred to as SSL), which ensures that with a secure connection, no other persons can access or view any data so transferred.

Apart from any individual Supplier or Buyer’s administrative and financial detailing (ROS, Buyer’s Invoice etc) all other information accessed through UFA Online Services is deemed to be UFA Intellectual Property and cannot be used any third party without express approval.
