Online Services Conditions of Use

User Registration

To be able to access the information available through our Online Services (Grower or Buyer sections), users must first complete the registration process as outlined in the ‘Online Services Registration’ section. When registering to access the site, applicants will need to prove they are who they claim to be to ensure no false registrations are made. All applicants will be spoken to by a senior member of UFA staff to verify their registration.

Privacy

All UFA customer information is treated with the utmost confidentiality, both with current internal use and application, and through future distribution via the Internet.

Access to this information can only be gained by approved users (as registered under the UFA Online Services registration process) and certain UFA staff members.

No information whatsoever is, nor will be, passed to any third party.

User Updates

Any personal detail changes can be updated by the user, online. This will only apply to address, telephone or email information.

Any and all other personal detail changes must be verified and passed through UFA Administration (admin@ufa.co.nz)

Failure to Comply

Any user who fails to comply with the conditions outlined in the use of UFA Online Services, will have access immediately terminated.

UFA also reserves the right the terminate user access at any time.

Illegal use of the services provided will result in legal action against the perpetrator.
