Flower Codes

For speed and accuracy of data entry, we request that Suppliers code their delivery dockets. A 6 character code (3 alpha, 3 numeric) representing each product line sold through the auction supplied by a Grower, can be found in the left hand column of the Report of Sale – and these codes should be entered into the flower code column on the delivery docket.

These codes are an “Industry Standard Code” and as such are identical to codes used with some other auction houses.

If you are unsure of the correct flower code you should use please contact the office staff on 09 573 2300. Delivery docket books are available from the office.
