Hire Equipment

Growers who wish to sell their flowers in bucket lots can hire buckets for a cost of $5.45 per item, and extenders (for taller flowers) for a cost of $5.45 per item.

The quantity in the bucket will be dependent on variety, length and quality but must be in multiples of 5 (i.e. 5,10,15,20 etc)

When the flowers are sold through the auction or through the Trading Division (wholesale etc) a credit of $5.00 per item hired (bucket or extender) will be credited to your account. A $5 refund is given on each returned bucket or extender and there is a non-refundable 45 cent hire fee for each bucket and each extender.

(please note – hire items kept beyond a 14 day hire period, will attract a 45 cent additional hire fee - dependent upon hire item - for each week the item is not returned.)

When flowers are not supplied in buckets, you are required to send your flowers in bundles (ie 3 or 5 bunches per bundle - refer to our Auction Product Requirement Schedule for bunch/bundle breakdown). Please make sure that you fill your dockets in the correct manner.
